IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Meridian Facilities is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
