IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Dallas serving students and families, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Families are partners. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
