IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Quarry Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
