IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Columbus, OH)

Nova Ivory Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Columbus. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
