IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Corner Property Management Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
