IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Columbus, OH)

Lumen Foods serves customers across Columbus with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 398 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
