IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Amber Property Management is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
