IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Beacon Staffing Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for candidate screening, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
