IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Fernwood Hollow Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Colorado Springs. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 547 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with referrals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
