IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Vale Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
