IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Colorado Springs, CO)

Summit Glen Inspection Services is an inspection company in Colorado Springs with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
