IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Rowan Environmental Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
