IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cleveland, OH)

Westbrook North Staffing places workers with employers around Cleveland, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with temp assignments. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
