IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bright Markets and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
