IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Fox Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around Cincinnati. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
