IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group Partners is a Cincinnati practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with intake forms. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
