IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cincinnati, OH)

Bright Wilder Property Management manages apartment communities around Cincinnati, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
