IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Cincinnati, OH)

Redstone River Staffing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 79 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with temp assignments. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
