IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners operates hotels and event venues around Charlotte, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 115 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with housekeeping schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
