IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charlotte, NC)

Greenridge Hollow Freight Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
