IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charlotte, NC)

Silverline Quarry Energy is an energy provider in Charlotte focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
