IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Junction Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Charleston with fresh food and everyday goods, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with promotions. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
