IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge Maple Community Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 167 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
