IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boston, MA)

Greenridge Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for loan files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 164 people based in Boston. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
