IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Cross Health is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
