IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Associates is a hospitality company in Boise with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
