IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Boise, ID)

Bluepeak Iron Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
