IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Ridge Property Management Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 877 people based in Austin. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
