IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

Stonegate Quarry Arts Center runs a venue and education programmes in Atlanta. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
