IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Mill Arts Center Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
