IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Rook Markets is a Atlanta retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
