IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Fern Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Atlanta plant. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
