IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

Silverline Meadow Manufacturing is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
