IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Lakeside Telecom and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
