IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

Redstone Bridge Freight is a Atlanta logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
