IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Yarrow Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
