IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Wren Energy and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
