IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Albuquerque, NM)

Redstone Sable Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with online orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
