IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Albuquerque, NM)

Silverline Quarry Energy Partners is an energy provider in Albuquerque focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 495 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
