IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Albuquerque, NM)

Clearpath Sable Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Albuquerque. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
