IT Support Specialist - law firm desktops (Madison, WI)

Bluepeak West Legal Group is a Madison law firm with about 250 people in three offices. We are hiring a contract IT support specialist to cover our help desk while we move to a new document-management system. What you will do • Answer support requests from attorneys and staff about laptops, printers, accounts and software. • Assist with the migration by preparing devices and training staff. • Follow our security policies closely, since client confidentiality is critical. What we are looking for • Two or more years of help-desk experience. • Calm, discreet and patient with busy professionals. Contract for six months, on site in Madison.
