IT Support Specialist - help desk (Wichita, KS)

Nova Keystone Foods Group is a Wichita food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
