IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Bright Meadow Water Authority Associates operates treatment plants and pipelines around Tulsa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of about 308 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
