IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Nova Sable Manufacturing makes precision components in Tulsa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
