IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Environmental Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be help desk. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
