IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Highbridge Beacon Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Tulsa with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
