IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Glen Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Tulsa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
