IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tulsa. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 84 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with weigh tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
