IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Westbrook Basin Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tulsa, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our help desk. You would join a small organisation of about 130 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
