IT Support Specialist - help desk (Tulsa, OK)

Foxglove Wren Energy is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on help desk for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification.
